This Itty Bitty Healthy Habits Book has tremendous meaning. I wrote it after the pandemic. At the time I was living in WA state, the epicenter of the outbreak. I learned so much and feel compelled to share with you.

First, I am a Psychiatrist and have practiced for almost 38 years. I do not claim to be a virologist or a public health specialist. I have researched natural health supplements with children with mental health conditions and was amazed to witness the benefits for the children- while taking their medication! My own Mom was very fluent in natural health. I learned the body has the capacity to heal itself when you provide it with the proper nutrients. I am not afraid to prescribe medication when indicated but do know that healthy lifestyle plays a vital role in healing and restoration of all kinds.

I do not talk about the outbreak in the book. Instead I outlined a roadmap for optimal self care to prepare you for any pandemic whether or not you take a vaccine. Again, I am not claiming to cure, treat or mitigate any disease. But in the face of a serious assault to your well-being, you want to have your body in tip-top shape. The time to start is not when they’ve announced the next pandemic.

Definitions of a great book vary, but for me, a book on health should move me to take action as Your Amazing Itty Bitty™ Healthy Habits Book did. Dr. Mary Zennett had me going to the frig and pantry checking on easy ways to improve my health by making small, but very important changes in the food I eat. The book covers much more than just food making this a great resource for anyone interested in having healthier eating habits and helping to reduce inflammation that can lead to increased risk from disease. I didn't know this until I read book. Get this book because who doesn't want better health!
